Success and employee loyalty are two prominent criteria that any organization prioritizes over almost everything. Leaders and departments strive to find ways to increase those parameters. The trick is to aim for more than just the benefit of the company. Working to create value for the good of all with a clear purpose increases the success of institutions by 78% and employee loyalty by more than 5-fold.

Meaningful work that serves the common purpose and social good builds influential and effective corporate cultures, where employees wholeheartedly share the values and goals of the organization. This leads to sustainable change towards betterment for organizations, employees, communities, and people. However, in the daily workflow, finalizing work often takes precedence over how it contributes to common purposes and social good. Additionally, leaders may lack the tools and knowledge to address this issue.

“The Wings of the Butterfly” focuses on meeting common purposes, building and leading a purpose-oriented organization, and creating a butterfly effect for institutions and society. The workshop emphasizes that each development triggers another one, and each institution is affected by every development in the economy. It explains how we can increase this effect by working towards common purposes and which organizational implementations can be made.
